The final report of the SociAll project consolidates the reflections developed along two years of actions. While taking stock of the challenges in achieving formal and effective coverage and pension adequacy, the report indicates possible innovative approaches to address these challenges and rebalance the social and the fiscal sustainability dimension in EU pension policy. It also concludes with the ETUC recommendations for an ambitious implementation of the Council Recommendation to access to social protection for workers and the self-employed.
